We are committed to collaborating with local farmers and food hubs to increase the percentage of locally sourced ingredients, emphasizing sustainability and community support.
Prepared Daily from Scratch
We know that meals cooked from scratch will be more appealing, more delicious, and more healthy than processed food options.
Seasonal Menus
We will seek to align menus with local harvests, which both educates students and creates budget savings by buying in-season produce.
Not Satisfied with “Good Enough”
We will always strive to provide the best food possible to students, exceeding federal nutrition standards.
